Fiddle player required for The Ugly Dog Skiffle Combo. North Norfolk based skiffle, bluegrass, rockabilly band covering traditional songs and covers of anything up to T-rex, Green Day and Britney Spears! Possibly in the market for a double bass player too if the right one comes along!

Hi Sol, thanks for dropping by an leaving such enthusiasm on our guestbook. Nervous Breakdown is a great Eddie Cochran tune. Brian Setzer and King Kurt done great versions too (although, unfortunately, not together on the same record, that would have been cool although Dave Edmunds worked with both artists in their history). Keep twanging that ol' chicken pickin' guitar, hope you soon find a bassist to get up and running with the new country band. I just dropped by to let the good folks know that the release date for the debut album from V8 Rumble is now set at March 10th 2007. The album is on Vampirette Records (Germany) and will be available from the usual rockabilly sources. V8 Rumble tracks are already available for download at: www.nervous.co.uk/v8-rumble.html (Nervous Records) and you can pre-order the CD from: www.raucousrecords.com/shop/product.asp?pid=11727 (Raucous Records) .... Keep rockin'!!!!!!!!!
